During cold weather, warm air generated by laundry, showers, dish washing and cooking can linger in the house and cause moisture build-up, causing mold, fungus and dry rot in your house and building structure. Pressure Washing
After four or five years, even the nicest decks tend to look old and dirty. Timothy Parks Construction, Inc. can pressure wash your roof or deck! We can restore most decks to a beautiful state, and can pressure wash and apply a penetrating oil to rejuvenate your wood roof. We can also apply a class A rated fire retardant to your wood roof or siding, this fire retardant also includes mold and fungus inhibitors.

We also check thoroughly for leaks when your water supply valves are turned both on and off. If we find any leaky valves or pipes we will repair or replace. We also check the toilets making sure that they do not continually run when flushed. If your toilet does continually run we will put new internal parts in for you.
Electrical-
The electrical system check includes us making sure that all lights are working properly and have a working bulb. This check also includes checking all of the outlets for power and making sure that all electrical wire is either in a wall or conduit piping.

When reviewing this coverage keep in mind that if your home is a guaranteed replacement cost policy (which most homeowners policies are) you must legally have your home insured at 80% of it’s replacement cost for the insurance carrier to pay to have your home rebuilt if it is completely destroyed. Most insurance carriers in that write homeowners coverage in the state of Florida require that each home they insure be insured at the current replacement cost. But for some homeowners who may have had their policies for quite sometime & do not have inflation guard on their policy (this is a clause some carriers offer that will automatically increase the coverage on their home at each renewal in order to keep up with inflation) they maybe underinsured. To find out the current replacement cost of your home call your insurance agent or a property appraisal (done within the last year) can be used.
